Before I took Jacquie's bubbling and rainbow meditation class, I had no idea that I hold the power to help heal and protect myself on a daily basis. Being empathic, I pick up lots of energy everywhere I go and this can make for unnecessarily stressful and emotional times, but Jacquie gave me the tools to help cleanse and shield myself and stay comfortable everywhere I go. I also love working with the angels to help cleanse my energy and my surroundings - something I had no idea I could do until I took Jacquie's class! Jacquie is understanding, compassionate and wonderful to work with; I highly recommend her class and healing sessions.
Bill was excellent. Very easy to communicate with leading up to the events and did a wonderful job at the events. We had hired him to run 6 40 minutes meditation classes in our private garden. Our customers really enjoyed learning about meditation with Bill. Will definitely be hiring him again!
I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.
I have been taking yoga classes at Yoga Casita for more than a year now. Under Kathy's dedicated instruction, I am inspired to do my personal best. I have become physically, mentally and spiritually stronger than I have ever been. It is the best 90 mins of the day! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to strengthen their mind and body. Ellie was one of the first yoga teachers I ever had. While being a student of Ellie's, I went from a true yoga novice to someone who learned to feel more comfortable in her body. Ellie's classes always left me feeling rejuvenated, confident, and serene. I would often enter class with a racing mind and tired body. By the time class was over, I observed a noticeable difference in my emotional and physical well-being. The yoga and meditation techniques I learned from Ellie have become part of my daily life. In addition to being an outstanding yoga teacher, Ellie is also a compassionate human being who cares about each of her students as individuals. I would highly recommend Ellie to anyone seeking yoga and/or meditation.

She knows how to correct your alignment when youre doing a pose incorrectly, always has a smile on her face and I learned so much in the classes she has taught. We've invited Morgana to lead meditation and mindfulness workshops twice at my college and everyone loved it. Morgana is great to work with and her workshops have inspired us to begin a more regular wellness program in my department.

If one person has been put on this earth to use their skills and knowledge of yoga to better the lives of others, it is Danny. Compassionate, patient, and insightful, Danny has not only helped me with a number of specific injuries and discomforts, but also introduced me to how yoga technique and practice can fit into and improve any lifestyle -- even for busy, results-oriented (Type A) people like myself who previously believed cardio was the be-all, end-all of health and fitness. Along with seeking straightforward yoga instruction, I've also come to Danny with lower back pain, a mysterious sprain/spasming at the top of my leg from cycling (quickly diagnosed as a pulled sartorius muscle, for which Danny knew a number of pain-relieving stretches and poses), and general tightness in my neck and shoulders. When I meet with Danny, I know that I'm going to be listened to, thoughtfully instructed, and generally well cared-for. I've also taken one of his group yoga classes, in which he is just as attentive and present. As a teacher, Danny manages to instruct, calm, and heal simultaneously. I can't recommend him highly enough for anyone looking for an introduction to or a deepening of yogic practice.

He has studied for years and each time I see him, I am impressed by his wealth of knowledge about spirituality, his kindness and his ability to skillfully use a variety of techniques. Through working with him, I've been able to make many positive changes in my life. I highly recommend working with Michael.
Rick makes an invaluable asset in my life. I am in my 70s and he keeps me young and aware of the universe. I never stop learning. He teaches me mindfulness so that I keep aware of my health and the threats I can sometimes open the door to, through pre-occupations with family. He reminds me of my own value system so that I stay true to it and behave in a manner that is consistent with those beliefs. Therefore, I’m always growing. He has the ability to analyze situations in practical ways as well. But his most distinguishing characteristic is his empathy. I think this also comes from his diverse background that is such an asset in his work. One knows he’s lived it! So, he can offer many solutions. He’s very patient and extremely kind. Predominantly, he wants to help people and help them to succeed. You know he’s on your side. I do. And, I’m very grateful to have found him! Michele G
I am a fellow yoga teacher of Casey's and I am always blown away by her classes! So knowledgeable in the yoga while also being very encouraging and compassionate. She has a true love for her students and it shows when she teaches. She creates an affinity with her students where you can't help but to love her! Anytime I get the chance, I'm in her class!! Truly, one of my favorite yoga teachers!
Joanne diligently reviewed long 120 page dissertation. She was very kind and patient throughout the process. I had to make changes after completing the review, she worked with me on a very short notice and reviewed the changes to make sure they are correct. I would highly recommend her services.
Great FUN Teacher and SOOO knowledgeable!! Tendinitis of the hamstring is not fun at all. Especially when it lasts 2 years. It limits your activities and weighs on you mentally like all physical ailments. After trying many rehabilitation therapies and exercises, I still had a lot of pain and limited range of motion in my leg. There are many great yoga teachers and trainers but some stand out above the rest. Alison is so knowledgeable in the world of yoga, but equally in rehabilitation and physical therapy. Her ability to diagnose, treat , and create specific exercises for an individuals case is top notch. Alison incorporates other exercises in addition to the practice of yoga as well as creating and teaching people to have a peaceful nurturing approach to exercise and fitness. Whatever you physical goals are, I highly recommend incorporating yoga and seeing Alison. For someone like myself who was badly injured and never did yoga before and doing it consistently within very little time I saw quick results and complete healing of injuries. Alison is the real deal, in addition to you other activities give Alison and yoga a try!!
I began doing yoga for the first time under Emily's guidance and she is a truly unique instructor. I have an incurable case of ulcerative colitis and currently a torn ACL/MCL and Emily was able to put together a plan of progression designed around my specific situation. On days when I was feeling especially sick, she had me relax in poses that often improved my symptoms. She's incredibly knowledgable about her practice, but beyond that, she makes one feel comfortable and at ease while pushing themselves--even in tough situations. This comes from her strong empathy which I think is such an important factor in picking someone to be your teacher. Every single session I've had with Emily has been incredible. Couldn't recommend her more.
Jacquie, I would like to Thank you, for the wonderful Stretch/Meditation class last week. Being able to take a relaxed and intrinsic deep meditation class was so mesmerizing. The sounds of the bowls, your vocals and the smell of the scented oils enhanced the deep relaxation to a place of pure stillness, and I was still alert enough to follow your verbal instructions. What a wonderful technique in relaxation!
I have been working with Ian regularly for both hatha yoga and meditation for about 5 years now, and his approach is a perfect blend of careful, thorough guidance with thoughtful observation and feedback. His curriculum has been completely personalized to fit my needs, and I have appreciated the way it flows and adapts based on a keen attention to things like diet, season, and my own life experience. It has enriched my practice--and by extension, my quality of life--far beyond what I thought possible, and I would highly recommend trying it for yourself!
Kelly is amazing! On a whim I decided to try out yoga for my first time but wanted to go somewhere that I would feel comfortable and I am so happy I found Kelly. She is an amazing teacher who keeps the classes fun and fresh. She switches up each class and I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend!
