Sam was my Technician, was able to pinpoint what the problem was. Sam was dedicated to getting my problem resolved. Sam also spotted another problem I didn't even know I had with Sump Pump. Would definitely recommend Same to handle all you Heating & Cooling needs.

I liked his professional demeanor. He resolved my sump pump problem and his advice resolved a window well problem as well. He also sloped and re-installed the gutters to eliminate leakage behind the gutters which caused water stains on the siding. it is to soon to rate this procedure since the leakage only occurs during heavy downpours . We haven't experienced a heavy downpour since the work was completed. I liked his work ethic and concerns about total customer satisfaction. I am waiting for results on the gutter sloping and re-install and if it didn't correct the problem what he will do to fix the problem? I believe in "getting what you paid for". I feel he is an honorable contractor. He will stand by his work.

I highly recommend Celtic Piping and Heating. Edward got back to me quickly with an online quote while many other plumbers or contractors refuse to provide even a ballpark estimate without seeing the project. (Translation: it's harder to refuse when someone is standing in your apartment ready to work even if the price is outrageous!) Edward called me back within 30 minutes to arrange for a time and arrived promptly... on a Saturday, no less! I had failed to mention that I needed a drain installed in addition to two faucets and that wasn't a problem for him. He clearly knows what he is doing and my kitchen and bathroom now have a much more updated look thanks to his efforts. Edward is a true professional and he clearly takes pride in what he does. He left me with his card in case there were any problems as he guarantees his work. I don't think that I'll be needing it... until I have another project, that is! Terrific!

Austin has been our plumber for years. He's honest and exceptionally hard working. One of the jobs was a replacement of a water pump. It was a very difficult job and he stuck with it until it was it was beautifully done. Everything was neat and clean when completed. A work of art!

While trying to finish a project we realized we needed special extensions to mount a sink faucet. Joe knowing that we were trying to get the house ready for a wheel chair bound family member tracked down and installed the faucet after hours so the relative could move in that night.

For your plumbing needs you would be wise to hire Juan. We were having issues with a mysterious leak in our ceiling. Juan was able to determine the issue and quickly resolve it in an economical and smart way. He also has worked with us in terms of price for a cosmetic alteration we are planning to do with our washer/dryer.

I had an ongoing problem with water seepage in the corner of the basement. I had it repaired by a contractor who recoated and insulated the outside of the area which did help the situation, but the problem persisted. Bob Desopo suggested installing a pump and presented a very affordable proposal to alleviate this problem. The installation was made early this year and was completed on time. The results have been excellent I no longer have to worry about checking the basement for water seepage as there have been no problems whatever. My only regret is I did not have Mr. Desopo do the job years ago.

We hired Sean to help us waterproof our basement by installing a sump pump. Sean was punctual as he arrived for his initial appointment and explained all the options available to us. He was also prompt in submitting the proposal. Once accepted, he arrived before time to complete the work. In a matter of hours without much supervision Sean ended up doing a fantastic job in our basement.

Tony is an outstanding electrician. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. My husband and I hired Tony to do some electrical work that was a bit tricky - other electricians were charging HUNDREDS of dollars more. Half way through the job, my husband decided that he wanted the work done a different way and Tony obliged kindly and competently. This is a fantastic electrician. I'll be hiring him for some plumbing work as well in the future if need be. If you need electrical work done and want to hire someone who is honest, fair, affordable, reliable, competent, talented and responsible THIS IS YOUR GUY!

Nationwide Plumbers did a great job on a recent issue at my home. I have a steam boiler with a small loop of hot water baseboard heat for the addition portion of our home. The small loop would not prime as I was getting my system up and running for the cool season. We just bought the house so it was our first time getting everything set up. Shawn from Nationwide Plumbers explained everything and provided plenty of helpful insight. He is willing to share his knowledge as he goes through the job. He came out on a Thursday evening around 8pm. He thought it was an easy fix (just a bad circulator pump), but it turned out it still would not prime. He then re-piped the entire set up in less than an hour. That is great if you have to pay someone by the hour. Even after that it would not prime. At this point it was midnight so he called it a day to do some research. The next day when I ran it, It actually primed right away. It could have been an air bubble or something preventing it, but Shawn returned on a Sunday evening to install some new valves to bleed it easier. All in all, he is a fair plumber with the knowledge to get jobs finished. He isn't the most expensive plumber, but he will not be the cheapest either. We will be using him again in the future. Highly recommended - Thanks !

Art does excellent work at a very fair price. He did a full renovation of the second floor of my home including demolition, construction, plumbing, drywall, paint and flooring. He renovated my mud room and replaced the front door. He also mounted a 57" flat screen television on the wall and wired the surround sound and components. We plan on hiring Art in the future for any jobs that are too big or require an expert hand. Art gets the job done right the first time because he takes the time necessary to do so. He's honest with you through it all. When he tells you how long something will take, it generally takes that amount of time. When he gives you an estimate, it's easily the best price you will find if you ask around. If there's a problem that arises during the job, he explains the difficulty in layman's terms so that it's easy to understand. He sometimes needs extra workers for bigger jobs. I've never felt that anyone that Art has brought to do work at my home has been less than professional and trustworthy. You definitely want Art on the job - hire him right now!

Anthony did a great job on our basement. He installed a water driven backup sump pump. Installed new drywall, tile, lighting, and a toilet to turn our washroom into a half bathroom. Anthony was on time, clean, and took time to explain what he was doing and what options we had. His pricing was fair and honest. I would definitely use Lasting Impression again for home repairs and remodeling.

During a whole house renovation, Ray installed a pex water system, tank less hot water heater, sump pump, moved a gas line, installed 7 sinks, 3 showers, a bath tub, 3 toilets, a washer and dryer, range, dishwasher, 3 drain vents. He did any plumbing task we asked him to do, without direction and at a very competitive cost. I highly recommend him because of his responsible work ethic and honesty.

Excellent contractor - very knowledgeable, ethical, and reasonably priced. I hired Do Lot Construction because I had problems with my sump pump discharge hose freezing and clogging, and they fixed it so it would never happen again. I have many more projects in my 90-year old house, and I would hire them to do them all. Extremely happy with this find!

About

We are Sump Pump Repair Long Island, and we can fix any sump pump problem in the area. We also offer competitive sump pump installation prices. If you have experienced basement flooding problems and you don't already have a way to remove water, our sump pump installation costs are worth the investment. Why Do You Need a Working Sump Pump? We are from Long Island, so we understand how the weather here can cause problems for homeowners like you. We all have to deal with heavy rains and melting snow here, and excess water from these storms can easily flow into local basements. If you don't have a sump pump to remove this water, it can cause costly damage. Even a little water can cause mold to grow. Repairing mold damage is also very expensive, so our sump pump installation costs and sump pump repair costs are a good preventative investment.
