Manny is an amazing chef. We have been customers of his over many years. We have used him to design and prepared many special meals for us. We had two groups of nine people who had special dinners prepared for us in different restaurants in town. All of the folks in our two groups loved the dinners he prepared for us in the restaurant that he was working in. When he left to pursue other interests, we were crushed that we could no longer enjoy the exquisite meals that he made for our groups only.
Recently we recommended him to a friend to cater her husband’s 50th birthday party. We were delighted that we could enjoy his food again for one night.
We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have an event catered or to use as a personal chef.
