We prepare food that is tasteful and soothing to the soul. Some folk refer to this cuisine as slave food because that was the original derivative. The slaves prepared delectable dishes from scraps from their owner's table. Some of my best dishes are fried chicken, blackened catfish (fried or baked), barbecue brisket and ribs, mixed greens kale, mustard, collards and spinach or these can be served individually. I prepare side dishes consist of whatever you may desire and if for some reason I can't prepare it, I will let you know. These foods listed here are prepared seasonally or perhaps a special order, chitlins, neckbones, pigs feet and ears on request and they require at least a week notice.
