FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally done with research. Being a handy man with a general knowledge of several trades, I am told not to undervalue myself. Hourly, offers the customer control of the project and can be done within their pace. Where as, salary leaves the challenge up to me. Which I am totally ok with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I get the job details on a notes tab. I prioritize the customers desire and open up all possibilities, to make that happen for them. Communication and response time is very important to me. It makes each party feel confident in one’s interest.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had an interest in how things worked, as a kid. Often times, I spent family vacations working on cars or house hold maintenance like cooling, painting, and other diy projects.
