Brett installed my TV mount and mounted my 70 inch TV. He is a great conversationalist and a very kind person. I loved that he was so genuine and laid back. He did an exceptional job and often asked for my input, making sure the TV was hung exactly the way I wanted. I have already recommended him to my friends, and I would definitely use him again! My apartment AC has been broken for over a month so I ordered a window AC unit. I had received a quote from another company, but it was over $100 & the guy said he would use heavy duty plastic to seal my unit. I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment & can't use an external bracket to hold the AC so that would not work to secure it in place. The AC I ordered had some issues being delivered, but he kept in contact with me the entire time, he was also polite & knowledgeable about my situation. The day my AC was delivered, he scheduled my installation for first thing the next morning. My son let him to install our AC as I had an appointment & when I got home approximately an hour later my AC was installed & running. It was secure in my window (I tried to move it to be sure lol) & sealed completely. Our agreement was the installation price (which was less than $100) & the cost of materials but I was surprised to find I only ended up paying the install because he said he brought the materials from home & wasn't going to charge me for them. He even offered to clean up the dust left on my balcony from the wood. Thank you so much for your outstanding service & fitting us into your schedule so quickly. I definitely recommend your services.
