- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for vacant stagings is very customized. We take into consideration, size of home, number of rooms being staged, location of home, style, price of home, etc. when pricing our jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course! I attend annual staging conferences to keep our business and industry growing strong. I also have relationships with other home staging business owners in other markets to share ideas and challenges with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Wanted to start a new business and at that time, my house was on the market. Every agent who walked through the door said "this home is staged so nicely". My agent had a new listing come up and allowed me to stage it and it sold in 4 days!!!! That's all it took and now we can stage 50 houses at a time. :)
