Milligan Scapes started with Gary our owner mowing yards during the summer time of his teen years. He has since turned it into a career and built a successful landscaping and lawn care company that has grown and evolved with our every day changing society. Milligan Scapes was a highly professional organization, from start to finish on our extensive landscaping project at our new home. Their Designer worked with us to create a plan that met our minimal landscape maintenance but beautiful to look at criteria. The landscapers showed up timely everyday, worked hard and were always courteous and accommodating of minor last minute changes. The waterfall they created is simply a work of art and will bring us many hours of enjoyment. The brick pavers they installed are not only functional, but also created an open space for entertaining. First class company, would highly recommend to anyone wanting/needing a professional landscaper.

We were looking for a sod installation contractor who could deliver on service, quality and a competitive fee. Typically, you can find someone who gives you 2 of the 3, but you have to sacrifice something. I'm pleased to say that Milligan Scapes was everything we hoped for and we are extremely pleased with the way our lawn turned out. Gary and his team are ultra-professional. They communicated with us throughout the process and delivered on every promise they made. The quality of our lawn is easy to see, but it was the way the project was managed that I was most impressed by. Even after the lawn was installed we received guidance on caring for it and periodic check-ins. We interviewed 6 installers and Gary was the most professional by far. The price was very fair, especially for the level of quality. If you're thinking about hiring Gary, you may find that Milligan Scapes has a backlog and it may be a while to get your work scheduled. Don't be tempted to go with another bid to get it done quickly. There's a reason for the backlog. It's because Gary and his team have a well-earned reputation for quality. They also guarantee their work IN WRITING which was really important to us. I highly recommend Milligan Scapes and can't say enough good things about them.

Gary was responsive to our needs during a 3 week project on our backyard including an irrigation system, sod, grading, retaining wall, and cement sitting area. We made a few changes during the process and it went smoothly. The crew was professional and did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves when they finished. I would use his services again and recommend them to others.

If anything, hire them because they're timely, do their work well, treat it like its their own yard and are proud of it. It's your backyard, hire someone you know is going to do it right. Gary Milligan was a pleasure to work with. His team, Eli, Jose, and Carlos were very accommodating. They cleaned up well and walked me through each step. Honestly, New Mexico can thrive from more people like Gary and employees. They were timely, did their job without excuses, and worked to please their customer. Even after some of my plants weren't growing, they replaced them free of charge with already blooming plants. That's customer service.
