- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a fitness consultation where we do a body composition analysis in our studio. Then we do a movement assessment, and a goals survey. Lastly, we set goals together and establish a plan to get you to your goals safely and effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Biology, Minor in Biochemistry, NASM Personal Training Certification, NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Two years ago I obtained my NASM certification after a longstanding desire to pursue a career in fitness. Prior to becoming a personal trainer I was a high school science teacher for 6 years. I have always loved helping others so teaching and fitness fit me perfectly.
