- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the size of crew and the type of service being requested. (ex. packing, wrapping, loading, unloading, distance traveled, materials, and specialty items like pianos and safes)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different but new customers in particularly I find communication is key. Keeping them informed throughout the entire process especially when prepping and loading high value items. You wanna make sure the customer is comfortable and satisfied with their moving experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every mover has their own preferences and tricks of the trade that I've picked up along the way but nothing comes close to hands on experience. With over 1,000 plus moving jobs successfully completed that experience is priceless.
