Introduction
Our goal is to offer a novel perspective in supporting individuals that are in search of spiritual awareness through wellness of mind-body-spirit. We support the idea that spirit consciousness is within everyone, and is obtainable with the practice of meditation.
Meditation is not new to the western world, however, it is difficult for many individuals to apply it to their daily lives. With many years of various martial arts discipline, shamanistic practicing, and an education in psychology, Mr. Alaniz has formulated a novel approach to meditation and spiritual awareness for beginners and advance students.
We offer lectures on spirituality, workshop/clinics on Balik meditation and Balik yoga, and seminars on wellness of mind-body-spirit. Group or private meditation classes are offered at Comanche Creek Ranch located in Talaver, a community east of A Mountain, just outside of Las Cruces, New Mexico, with a beautiful view of the Organ Mountians.
