Dre has inspired me to focus on bettering myself, He has helped me to lose 25 lbs by working on my eating habits and providing me with a detailed workout plan. I would definitely recommend him as a trainer, He truly wants the person he works with to accomplish their goals and be at there best! J

Dre is the best personal trainer a person could have. I am an older guy and he tailored a workout program to my strength and overall fitness needs now and into the future. I will continue to seek out his advice regarding conditioning and muscle maintenance as I get older. Thanks again, Dre!!

Although Dre wasn't able to train me for very long due to the nature of my work the time we able to get in the Gym is unrivaled to anything I've done in the past. I've tried to gain muscle in past but never had much success. Dre and I did about two weeks of sessions in the gym, and after that kept up with me on what workouts I should be doing in order to be gaining muscle. Although after that two weeks I was unable to work out at a reasonable time, he still kept up with me to make sure I was hitting what I needed to hit and as a result I've gotten much closer to my goals than I have in the past. I would definitely recommend Dre as a personal trainer, he is professional and explains exactly what needs to be done very well. My form wasn't always the best but he was able to walk me through step by step exactly how to improve my form to be hitting the muscles I need to hit. I wish I had better photos to represent the growth but there are pictures below
