After dealing with a dishonest contractor , I became extremely doubtful and lost trust in contractors ,especially when it comes to single mothers. I however needed some plumbing and other stuff done to my house. I came across Total Plumbing , gave Ruben a
call and was taken back by the politeness and his quick feedback. Ruben was extremely professional, respectful of my household members ,including my dog who fell in love with him. The quality of his work was amazing. He fixed so many other things that needed to be taken care of. He gave his professional opinion and helped me choose a great water softener ,even installed it for me. Ruben & his nephew came out on March 31st to install a new water heater. Their prices were by far the best around town! There was no hidden fees. The quote he sent me was the price I paid. They were on time. They did a great job! They both provided excellent customer service! Ruben is honest, trustworthy & reliable! The work they did went above & beyond my expectations! I will call them again for my plumbing needs! I would recommend Total Plumbing to anybody! Thank you Ruben!
