Latest Review: I began training with Ekemba twice a week after a very long gym hiatus- maybe a two year hiatus. Ekemba was very methodical about creating a work-out regimen for me that would strengthen my core, and most of all my hips and back, so that I would not get injured and that would build a foundation for more challenging, results yielding work-outs. The work-outs were tough, but also fun, and the results were unbelievable. I have never been so toned in my life, and I have muscle definition that I didnt even know existed! I dropped 10% body fat in about 4 months! Ekemba pushes you as far as he knows you can go but never so far that you have to roll out of bed in the morning. The workouts are interesting and very unique (e.g., the T8-T9 exercise that will change your life), but always fun and challenging, yielding amazing results. On top of that, Ekemba is really the salt of the earth and a blast to work-out with.
