Whether residential or commercial, I have the skills to solve varied computer problems. Although I speak GEEK, I specialize in explaining technical issues in everyday terms that enables Clients to understand the problem and the solution. Many people have a fear of damaging their computer. My lighthearted approach to solving computer issues belies my logical step-by-step approach to that most logical of all human creations, the computer. (although, truth be told, the programmers behind the logic magic can sometimes seem capricious in their choices). Enabling a client to actually enjoy the wonderful capabilities of their computer is my main goal, along with making sure it works perfectly.
