I initially met with Kimberly to receive dietary support during a very stressful time in my life. I was unsure at first what an Ayurvedic Consultant was and how she might help me, but within minutes of meeting with Kimberly I could feel her skill in understanding the many layers of what was happening in my life, combined with a profound lack of judgement, and I was instantly at ease. Over an 8-month period, Kimberly helped me to gradually and joyfully make some key dietary and lifestyle changes that greatly improved my health and well-being, changes which are still part of my life two years later! She has a knack for demystifying the ancient (yet still very applicable) science and art of Ayurveda, and taught me to make ghee (clarified butter) and kicheri (a nourishing dal), which have become weekly rituals that I very much enjoy. It is rare to meet someone with her combination of intuition, sensitivity, experience, and knowledge.

Our family was moving back into town and we were under a big amount of financial stress. We needed nourishing help. Kimberly was highly recommended to us through a close friend/Ayurvedic consultant. As soon as we met her, we knew she was going to bring good to our table. Kimberly catered to each family member individually with special herbs, spices and fresh ingredients. We found her recipes to be very medicinal. The Ayurvedic approach is very healing. Kimberly is fantastic at putting together dishes that will make your tastebuds dance and nourish your soul. She is a pleasure to have in our kitchen and a fine caterer at our parties.

Kimberly is a great teacher! The style of yoga she teaches is gentle yet challenging and very unique. I wasn't sure if I would be able to do yoga, but I am able to do it with her and am feeling much better from it. I highly recommend working with her.

Kimberly is an excellent yoga teacher. I have taken both group classes and private sessions with her. I have found her skillful use of breath and poses to be extremely beneficial. Her approach is very gentle yet challenging. i have been struggling with back pain for many years and I am feeling much better after working with her. I highly recommend taking advantage of her services.

Kimberly is an amazing yoga teacher. I am new to yoga and was a bit nervous That I wouldn't be able to do it. Kimberly's welcoming and positive energy immediately dissolved all my anxiety. At the end of her class I felt amazing and immediately asked when her next class was. I highly recommend taking a class with Kimberly and regardless of your ability she can tailor the class to meet your needs and provided lots of options.
