I have been training for 5 years now. I really enjoy my job, I am passionate in helping my clients obtain their goals. I have been lifting and working out for over 10 years now. Since 2019 I have been using video training, helping my clients continue with their fitness goals. I show exercises with my equipment so my clients can match. I focus on pain free range of motion, aiding in increase of flexibility and muscular control. I am familiar with all gym equipment and can help you with the use of the equipment. Many of my clients like mobile training for their busy schedules or dislike of the gym setting. I have tons of equipment, set up and breakdown is about 5 minutes. I also change the workout very time so my clients never get bored and never hit plateus. I record all workouts and progress on my tablet. You will also be able to see everything I put under our training sessions. I am always personable and professional.

I am 3x certified by NASM and NCCPT, I have also attended college for nutrition and anatomy/physiology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved staying active, weight training, and how food effects the body. I am not a morning person as some are and I made myself get up to workout one day. I saw a trainer with his client and I thought that's a job I could see myself getting out of bed for. I've been doing if for 5 years now
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have trained age range from 9 to 87. age is just a number anyone can benefit from a personal trainer. many of my clients also have multiple set backs like arthritis, joint pain, poor posture, scoliosis and much more.
