THERE IS NO STANDARD. LETS SAY YOU HAVE A VIRUS. WELL ITS $200.00 TO REMOVE. $100 TO SAVE YOR DATA. THAT SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF MONEY. I WOULD THROW IN THE DATA. IF ITS UNDER 10 GIGS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
DURING THE FIRST CONTACT I GET SOME INFORMATION THAT GIVES ME AN IDEAL OF THEIR SKILLS. I ALSO SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE. MAKES THE REPAIR SO MUCH EASIER.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I AM CERTIFIEDIN WINDOWS 7, 8, 9, AND 10. I ALSO HOLD CERTIFICATES IN NETWORKING, SERVER R2. I ALSO HAVE WORKED IN THE HIGH PACE AIR OF BEST BUY. AND THE HOME REPAIR . FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. IN TOTAL I HAVEABOUT TWENTY YEARS IN THE BUSINESS
