Carol Finney is a very professional, articulate, astute and creative party planner. I wanted a celebration of life party to be held outdoor in the fall in beautiful Las Vegas.
I chose the venue at one of my community centers and Carol helped me with the rest, from soup to nut!
What was most impressive was the fact that she didn't have a banquet size kitchen to prepare the dishes and even with that challenge, was able to come up with a classy, pleasing to the pallet presentation for all courses. She is great at improvising and a terrific chef.
For every meeting we had scheduled, she was always professionally on time; another quality I admired in doing business with her.
To sum this up, my party was the success I hoped it was going to be because God sent me a "no nonsense" party planner to take charge of it.
My guests were very complimentary about the decoration and the scrumptious dishes; all done with Carol's guidance. I recommend Carol very highly as a master chef and party planner.

So I had this grand idea of hosting a 12 hour Housewarming delivered in 3 Sets - Jazz Brunch, Light Lunch and Dinner with a twist of Spice & Soul. I also wanted options for vegans and gluten free dessert options. Carol Finney delivered my vision in the most amazing way. She went above and beyond what I expected and developed 3 menus that were tasty, current & memorable. She thought of everything and paired wine and beer for each set. I would definitely bring her back when I move into my new home and have another occasion to celebrate in this way. I highly recommend Carol's private catering and culinary design services.

Chef Carol Finney recently catered an event during our family reunion in Las Vegas. We were so pleased with the service she provided. The food was excellent, hot, on time and delicious. She offered a fair price and did a super job. I am a professional meeting planner and I will definitely use her again and I would highly recommend her to my clients.
