If you need HVAC servicing or repair work, Manny is your guy. I had issues with my HVAC powering up and previous guy hit me up for a quote of $4500 replacing my air handler! I knew right away this was somebody trying to cash in on my repair. I reached out to M&R for a second opinion and Manny was able to diagnose the issue within 5-10 minutes and get my unit running in no time for a fraction of the price. It’s always a crap shoot when trying to find the right person you can trust and do the work right but M&R is about a surest bet your gonna have when it comes time to have your HVAC worked on. I highly recommend M&R and have saved his info on my cell phone for future work or if anyone needs a referral.

6 stars - Steve is brilliant, very nice guy, professional - he quickly diagnosed why my AC broke this evening and fixed it the same night.
I literally called every single HVAC company in Vegas and Henderson, but Controlled Comfort was the only company who could send someone immediately.
Ralph responds very quickly to messages - he's also a very nice guy. Outstanding value for money. Definitely recommend these guys, I see why their reviews are so fantastic. If my HVAC ever goes down again, I'll definitely call these guys again.

M & R Heating and Cooling
M&R Heating & Cooling resolved a major problem with our Bryant three-zone HVAC system.
The problem began when the fan would intermittently fail to start. Ultimately the fan stopped working entirely. After on-site diagnoses, M&R isolated the problem to the motor/motor-control unit. After replacing this unit, the problem has been completely resolved.
Manny was great! He absolutely took care of our needs. This included handling a warranty part replacement that saved us several hundred dollars.
I will definitely use M&R for all my HVAC maintenance and repair needs.
