This system and Martin are incredible. I have been for 6 sessions as of today. My regular activities prior were Yoga, water aerobics, hiking, elliptical trainer. I really need the strength training component, but felt I didn't have time to add anything else. I really needed a well rounded program that increased my strength. I had a shoulder injury last year and it took me out of work for the first time in my life for 6 weeks. All due to loss of muscle strength to help support my shoulder while lifting, dragging luggage for my job. This program is 20 minutes/2 x week. I could tell a big difference in my strength at yoga class yesterday. Holding poses was actually easy, comfortable. This is a great option for people who don' t have a lot of time to exercise and need to lose weight, fat, and increase their strength. Thanks Martin for bringing this to the US!

This is definitely a different experience. Martin offered a free session, so yesterday I went to see what this innovative workout was all about. The tingling sensation is something to get used to but eventually you start to dial it up a bit. Although it's only a 20 min workout you get the full effects of an hr workout. One thing I noticed after the session was that I thought I could workout longer and I felt refreshed. A day later im glad I didn't because I'm freakin sore! I'm def looking forward to making this a weekly routine. As someone who has many sports injuries especially my shoulders, I didn't feel any discomfort and have actually gained better mobility already. Try it, that's all I can say.

Fantastic experience. Technology has you use all your muscles in short period of time and you can do a lot more work with the machine than can be done otherwise

Amazing technology, love the short time it takes to get a full workout. Martin is very helpful and thoroughly explains the process. I highly recommend it!
