- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some trips need a Planning Service Agreement, which starts at $150 depending on what you need. I’ll always tell you the amount before I get started. It covers the research, quotes, and full custom planning. Be on the lookout — I do offer promos and seasonal discounts from time to time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you’ll fill out a custom intake form so I can learn more about your trip. After I review it, I’ll let you know if a Planning Service Agreement applies and what the next steps are. Some trips include a 20-minute consult before planning begins, while others move straight into itinerary curation based on your itinerary needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified travel agent with hands-on training in cruises, family travel, and vacation packages. I also stay current with supplier updates, destination trends, and planning tools. As a homeschooling mom, I’ve had plenty of real-world practice planning trips around busy schedules, tight budgets, and big family needs — so I get what matters.
