C&C provided wonderful service for my wedding reception! We had about 160-175 guests and everyone was taken care of! As a very type-A person who has experience in the serving industry, it was difficult for me to take my hands off the steering wheel, but I am so happy I did! Lynette was great with organizing and coordinating her team - Robert led the team for the day of. They came in and got to work. If they had questions, they would ask, but otherwise, they handled everything! They were polite, professional, responsive, respectful, helpful - absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend C&C!
Helen was professional and very pleasant! She stayed our entire reception to ensure that everyone was satisfied. I received compliments from several people about how delicious the food was. I will use Helen again for any catering services and recommend her to my friends and family. In addition to providing great food, Helen spent a lot of time talking to me about what I wanted, recommending food choices based on my needs, and double checking that we were in agreement before our event. If you are on the verge of whether or not to hire a day of planner for your wedding (or a decorator), hire a planner NOW, or better hire Stacey. Stacey was probably the most important reason our wedding was so so great. She had the best attitude, came in early, had no issues with any of my ridiculous requests through out the day (I asked her to even pick up milk at the hotel and she made it happen). May god have mercy on this lady but putting up with me, but she did and exceeded all of my expectations. She was my go to girl the entire day of the wedding. She is AMAZING!! Even my guests knew who the planner was and kept commenting on how great she was. My husband, who is completely oblivious of all wedding related stuff, texted me to say that our planner hit it out of the ball park. I gave her the layout for the day and she didn't miss ANYTHING. I had so many different things going on, and she made them ALL happen, was super flexible and really a major reason why the wedding was on time and flew perfectly. The wedding was more than what either of us could dream of and Stacey really made it happen. Thank you so much for being so professional, easy going, flexible and just the perfect amount of level head and organization needed for this job. Hire her now!! Don't think twice.
Charlene and her crew were absolutely wonderful in making my wedding reception a complete succes! I asker her on such short notice and it was perfect. Alasha Woods is a true GEM!!! We hired her for our vow renewal ceremony and we could not have been more satisfied with her services. She is highly professional, creative, and a delight to work with. The decorations provided captured our 1920's theme perfectly! The design was not just beautiful they were breathtaking. We hired Events to Remember for day-of coordination for our Las Vegas wedding. Planning a wedding from halfway across the wedding can be a bit stressful and I needed someone to help with the set up of our reception. Tina went above and beyond! She touched base with us multiple times before the big day and offered suggestions for multiple vendors. She even made sure to confirm all vendors before the wedding, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time in Vegas. We had a pretty elaborate cake table set-up at the reception that she executed flawlessly! Not only is Tina thorough and and organized, she's incredibly kind and clearly loves what she does. Our wedding was so lovely and we couldn't be more than happier. We had a reception in our backyard and we hired them for being an assistant of the day of our wedding. Cynthia and Dallas are very nice and friendly; and also good with communication via phone, emails and texts. They are very responsive to the clients and gave us many advices in our wedding. We would like to thank you very much for everything. Decorations (tables, lights, and cake set up) were beautiful; Food, photographers, bartender, server, and everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Not only us, but our guests are also enjoy our wedding. We cannot possibly say enough nice things about Paulina. She helped make our wedding the absolute best day of our lives and we could not have pulled it off without her. We highly, highly recommend her to help coordinate your wedding/event. Our wedding was a small (under 20 guests) destination wedding at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. It was also the first same-sex wedding at the hotel which posed a number of unique challenges for everyone involved. Paulina handled all of it beautifully and was a steadfast advocate for us through the entire process. Prior to arrival, Paulina served as our liaison to the hotel, bakery, caterer, photographer/videographer and musician (harpist). At every turn, she was negotiating for better terms, fighting to save us money and providing invaluable insight/suggestions on plans for our weekend. Since we live in Austin, she was also our boots on the ground in Las Vegas purchasing bar/alcohol supplies and running all over town for our unique gift bag items. Once we all arrived, she took care of all the logistics. While we relaxed and socialized, she was hard at work carrying boxes, coordinating hotel staff and organizing and cleaning up our suite. On the day of the wedding, I honestly can't say what she did. All I can say was that every single part of our day was perfect. And that's a true testament to how well she works behind the scenes, quietly making it all happen while we enjoyed our day. Paulina is the best!
Daniel was recommended to me by the event coordinator at Aliante Hotel for my wedding reception. So nice, easy to talk to, never seems rushed. I wanted all the food at my reception to be gluten-free as I, and several members of my family, including grandkids, must follow a gluten-free diet. I didn't want any of my grandkids to feel left out, by not being able to eat some of the food. Daniel worked with me on the menu, and everything was delicious. We had a buffet and the presentation was beautiful. All the serving staff was very nice, and many of our guests commented on how nice everyone was. I would recommend Daniel to anyone. Price was very reasonable.
Lara and her team are absolutely more than just flowers they’re truly are The Lil Things!! And what I mean by that is she made my Pinterest Wedding board come alive! And I’m so serious. From the beginning she was so eager to know what was inside my head in what ideas and flowers I wanted for my dream Wedding. She was willing to meet me right away and we sat for about 1hr and discussed all my plans for putting together a perfect wedding. She even shared her ideas and had printed out pages to paint my picture. She was kind enough to right out an email of pricing and was willing to work with me so that way I could afford everything that I had wanted. She was hands-down fair with pricing and also flexible on my payment arrangements . There were times where I had hit a wall and didn’t know what to do and she had come to my rescue with even better ideas. My Budget had changed for the better and she was willing to sit with me once again and map out what the perfect day would look like. She didn’t have to do that but she did it because she cared about me as her customer. I really felt like I was working side-by-side with a close friend because she is so warm and welcoming. So as we were getting closer to wedding day she continue to send emails to pulse check if there was anything I needed or wanted to add or change. She continued to set timeframes on when she would be there for me and what I would be expecting come wedding day. I did not have to hunt her down by any means or just cross my fingers and hope that she’d be there on time. Come wedding day she was punctual on her arrival and began to work immediately on creating her masterpiece! She placed all the flowers were we had discussed and there was no hiccups on moving flowers around. The chalk boards were perfect and everything I had envisioned when we had spoke! Her handwriting is beautiful! Btw! Thank you Lara from the bottoms of my heart! You have given me memories that will last a life time! I will always recommend you because your work will never disappoint! Just because you’re awesome I will somehow find away to do business with you once again 😉 see you soon!
One word: OUTSTANDING!!!! I worked with setting things up via Thumbtack, and Brian was the coordinator and was easy and very flexible. When D.J Santos met with me briefly before the wedding he was AWE SOME and extremely flexible. I had some different requests with playing games and the father daughter dance at my wedding, and they worked with it completely. DJ SANTOS made my reception one night we will never forget.
I hired Jessica to be my day-of wedding coordinator/planner for my destination wedding in Las Vegas, and boy did she go above and beyond. I seriously can't believe how much she did for me during the planning process, even though I didn't hire or pay her for it. She is definitely meant to be a wedding planner, and that is coming from someone who is very picky and expects a lot when it comes to these sort of things since I am a perfectionist when it comes to party planning. She would get back to me super fast when I had a question or concern, and I had TONS. A few days before the wedding, I had a couple things that were sort of thrown into the mix and made me panic, but one phone call from her, and all was figured out and I was put to ease. She made my wedding the wedding of my dreams and also made it the best wedding a lot of my guests said they have ever been to! I just can't thank her enough for everything. I'm going to miss planning my wedding with her because she made it so much fun for me. I wish she lived in Ohio so she could help me plan every party I throw! I attended a Penny Events wedding venue and was blown away by the transformation that occurred in each room. She was able to create a simple yet beautiful scene for the ceremony and a large, inviting reception area that accommodated over 100 guests. The entire event's theme and decor represented the newly married couple so well and celebrated the new life they were now embarking on together. Very beautifully done and smoothly executed!
Our wedding by Premier Events was incredible. With their help we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. They worked to keep us in our budget, while negotiating with the vendors we wanted to complete our vision. I can't say enough how amazing everything was and how impressed all of our guests were. They even added some surprise touches to the decor, based on getting to know us and our style, that were perfect. I highly recommend this company, we couldn't have been happier.
Mark Plutynski filmed our wedding last summer, and he was superb. He was very receptive to what we wanted and anticipated decisions and issues that would never have occurred to us. On the day of the wedding, Mark was one of the first to show up and the last to leave. He got great footage and put together some absolutely beautiful edits. He worked with us after the honeymoon to edit and nip and tuck the videos to perfection, and then hand-delivered the final products. We are delighted with Mark's work and highly recommend him.
