Valley Appliances was courteous and professional. Parts need to be ordered so, the job could not be completed. Hopefully, when the job is done I will be able to review this company completely.

They responded quickly and although they are not familiar with my type of refrigerator they were very professional. We'll have to look elsewhere for another service tech

If I could, I would give valley appliances more than 5 stars!!
I have used Valley appliances for years and won't allow another appliance company in my home. They are professional and always get the job done right.
