My husband and I got married a few months ago at The Wynn in Las Vegas. We live in Dubai and had been trying to organise the event for many months until we hit a brick wall the time difference made things very tricky. After lots of research, we came across Paulina Clute.
She emailed back almost immediately with all the information and some great ideas.
She is super creative and came up with some really unique twists to make our day special.
She video skyped with us every week and we received almost daily updates on the plans.
Paulina also helped take our original ideas and make them a lot more cost-effective and stylish. For example, we wanted to rent a fabulous hotel suite for the after party, but the taxes and costs were really high, so Paulina found us the exact same suite that we wanted, but privately owned which really helped to bring down costs. She also took our favourite foods (burgers & grilled cheese) and made them gourmet, offering our guests luxurious mini versions of all their favourites.
While we wanted to keep the event classy, we also wanted our guests to experience a little Las Vegas fun, so Paulina helped us trick out the suite with cool touches, such as an in-suite poker table with a dealer, a menu of custom cocktails, and limo buses stocked with mini Moet bottles to take our guests from the ceremony to our party.
When we walked into the after party, Paulina and her assistant has transformed the space, everything was completely set up the fire place was on, the DJ was playing our favourite tunes, the food was ready and bubbly poured. There were candles on every surface and beautiful flower displays which Paulina had done herself!
As our guests all travelled from international countries (from Australia to England!) we wanted welcome packages to be delivered to their hotel rooms. Paulina found the boxes, custom labels, ribbons and everything inside which included an itinerary for the trip, sunglasses, asprin, mints, playing cards with our initials on them and lots more. She sourced every single item and packed each box beautifully.
Planning a destination wedding is difficult but Paulina was our woman on the ground, liaising and meeting with all the vendors to ensure we got the best price possible.
The next day, Paulina was kind enough to pack up all our left over booze and bring it to our hotel suite. Its those extra efforts that make her service so special.
Her fee is extremely reasonable considering everything she does trust us, we could not have done it without her. She made the entire process easy and fun, and made sure we relaxed on the day and had fun with our friends and family who had travelled so far to celebrate with us.
At previous weddings, so many of my married friends were not able to thoroughly enjoy their big day due to stress and planning, but we were lucky enough to have Paulina and enjoy every minute.
We cannot recommend her enough, she is brilliant and will be incredibly helpful.
