Great communication. Coordinated with me by email, text, and photos to make my selection since I was out of town. He accommodated my schedule when other carpet stores/installers were closed on Sundays. Carpet looked nice and plush upon installation. Cliff is a genuinely nice person with a fun personality. Cliff was very friendly and flexible. Helped lay some carpet (which I provided) in a room that my dogs had ruined. He offered solutions to me not purchasing quite enough to cover the closet and came up with a way to fix it. The room looks better now than it ever did and I will definitely use cliff again in the future for any carpeting needs. Thanks Cliff!

Cliff did a great job replacing our carpets when we prepared our house to sell. He changed dates to work around our painter's schedule. Very informative and knows his craft . Great guy, you probably wont find better.
