Chef JB catered my son's first birthday party. We had a backyard BBQ and Chef JB and his crew made the day so easy and seamless. They came early to set up, cooked everything onsite and did all the clean up after. The food was great and everyone was super friendly. We will definitely use his services again in the future. From the very begining he was always in touch with me. This helpwd me feel at ease being that I was planning for my wedding reception from out of state. Him and his staff were extremely friendly. The food and sides all tasted better than I could have thought. He provided my 3 tier cake as well. That was the best cake that my husband and I have ever had. Our guests and us were very pleased with his staff.

Had a tenant appreciation luncheon for all of my wonderful tenants and it was a huge success, everyone had a wonderful time, food was great, service above excellent. Chef JB and his staff took care of everything; they were all very professional and friendly. We are planning on making this an annual event!

Chef JB and his staff were very professional & at the same time down to earth & friendly. Perfect for our all day pool party starting with a brunch with omelet & waffle stations through the afternoon with slider stations of grilled burgers, pulled pork & chicken Wellington. Everyone raved about the food & the staff.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a complicated pricing system. I will not nickel and dime you to death. I like to do one all inclusive price with tax! We are an old fashioned company, who likes to work for their gratuity and not just tack it on! I work extremely well with budgets!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! Chef JB Brown, A.A.C. is in the Honors Society of the American Culinary Federation, with over 50 years of experience. He sits on the accreditation foundation for the American Culinary Federation Educational Institute, giving accreditations to all secondary Chef Schools, such as Le Cordon Bleu and Art Culinaire School.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a passion for the culinary arts with a servant heart! And I love people!
