Our business is food, but also making people happy. Our event specialists regularly sit down with our chef and management to create personal menus that work with in every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is KING! The more we are able to communicate and the more you can describe your vision to us, the Moore successful we are as a team. We work closely with our clients, each month we limit the amount of full service and wedding events we cater. When you can focus on a few good things we have found that nothing slips through the cracks!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Or Heard Chef is a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) trained chef, and our support staff has decades of hospitality experience between the 8 of them.
