The fans were on high ceilings and Owen was able to fix them. I also had an outlet fixture that needed replaced. His professionalism was impressive and we were able to walk through the house and check other items I had questions on and he was able to get to two additional items. He changed the shower head in the MBA and hung a wood board so I could hang my cleaning items (mops, dusters, brooms, etc.) in the garage to replace my DIY work. Originally I had nails as my hangers and only a few were secured in wood, and others were only attached in dry wall. I was very pleased with his work and he was very easy to work with and professional. I will definitely be using him for additional work I need in my home."See more

He caulked a bathroom ceiling fan that wasn’t installed properly. The installers had left gaps because they had cut the hole too big. Nice Guy, Had his teenage daughters do the painting which was actually good. Just super slow. Takes his time. Two weeks later and bathroom is still not done. Took all day to tile 24 sq feet. Turned the power off/on without notifying me and blew out my motherboard in my computer. I know he didn't do on purpose but I specifically asked him to tell me when he was doing it. Cost me quite a bit of money to get my computer fixed. Outlet still isn't fixed that messed up everything. Main lights to vanity area don't work now. Installed the transition strip upside down and backwards. Mortared it to the floor. I just laughed and asked him to correct which he did do. The grout and caulk around the toilet has to be redone. Super messy. Asked him if he was going to finish the project, said he would be here at 9:30 am and just didn't show up. No call, No Text, No Email. Won't respond to messages. Plumbing still not done for toilet and shower surround still not in. Fired him for lack of professionalism and not showing up. I really tired to work with him and give him the benefit of the doubt. I really liked him and his daughters. He may be a good at making cabinets and doors but not at bathroom remodels. BEWARE. If he says 900 start time, it means 1030 or 11am. Needs more experience to do bathroom remodels. If he has the skill level it was not shown on this project. Wish him the best but I have to find a professional to finish my job.
