- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a honest person , I'm not looking for the quick money, I'm looking to win the trust and conference of my costumers ,so that next time they need some thing they will call me back again. Ten years in mexico never stopped worry. Never once advertise or had a store front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is to see what plans the customer has in mind. Second make suggestions ,look at the picture. Seat down with the customer and come out with the best plan , then set up a schedule ,get materials and get it done. And everyone is happy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just moved back from Mexico , twelve years later .In mexico you don't go to home Depot and buy your kitchen cabinets , I had to plan, design, and build everything from scratch.
