Joe went to Home Depot and picked out the water heater I would need so it made it easy to pay for it and have him pick it up and install it saving me money. Then I sent a couple of bathroom faucets to the tenant and he installed them at the same time. We will do more business together. This was a big help during this Covid-19 because I have to shelter in place in CA while he took care of the rental home in Las Vegas. Hats off to Joe bringing his daughter to the job for hands on learning and experience. How many women know enough about repairing homes? This experience will benefit her for the rest of her life. Joe Is a perfect professional. His price was great, his workmanship was above and beyond anything I have seen in this city in a long time. He was on time both days, he did not give up even when we hit obstacles. He rebuild a screen door and front door entrance. He modernized it to perfection. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a honest person , I'm not looking for the quick money, I'm looking to win the trust and conference of my costumers ,so that next time they need some thing they will call me back again. Ten years in mexico never stopped worry. Never once advertise or had a store front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is to see what plans the customer has in mind. Second make suggestions ,look at the picture. Seat down with the customer and come out with the best plan , then set up a schedule ,get materials and get it done. And everyone is happy
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just moved back from Mexico , twelve years later .In mexico you don't go to home Depot and buy your kitchen cabinets , I had to plan, design, and build everything from scratch.
