Erick, Luis, and Pepe, did a great job with the HVAC duct install. I was incredibly impressed with these gentleman. Extremely polite, they took care.of my house put down carpet protection and tarps. They werent loud and extremely hard working. Erick even found out We had a gas leak due to former faulty installation and corrected the problem. Just for that I am extremely grateful. I think you wont go wrong using their services. Thanks again guys!

I cannot say enough about Johnny's. I called in September because my main water pipe burst from the street to my house. Because the break was not part of my property, there was a question of responsibility. Knowing that the liability may not fall to me, they not only walked me through the entire problem, but stayed with me afterwards, helping me navigate property lines and policies and advocating even knowing I may not be able to hire them. The level of care from Art and Jeff through this process feels unheard of these days.Secondly, I scheduled an appointment for an air conditioning service. Gabriel was on time, clearly knew what he was doing, and was thorough. What struck me about all three of them was the patient communication and care, both during the tune-up and above, during a very stressful event.Finally, a few days ago, I had a significant plumbing issue that just came up again and Jose, Shawn, Art, and the whole crew went above and beyond during a stressful repair right before the holidays.I would recommend them highly to anyone, and I will use them for all my needs in the future.

Johnny on the spot has been our go to for a few years now for anything plumbing or air related and all of the members have been great. But was really impressed with Jordan. Probably the friendliest most easy to talk to person ive ever met let alone repairman. Helped explain things and was easy to talk to, offered upsells but wasn't aggressive about it and could tell he was looking out for me. I hope nothing else breaks (fingers crossed) but if it does id be glad to have Jordan back anytime. Also want to add that Oscar came back later to hydro jet our kitchen line for a blockage. It was a much tougher stubborn job than expected. Oscar had to come back a second day and im sure with all the hours in they didn't make money on this job. But they honored the quoted price even though it took much longer than expected. Plus Oscar was a champ about it I could tell it was way worse than he's ever seen but he never showed any frustration and powered though didnt cut corners and showed me the video of the spotless pipe afterwards. Thanks for the hard work and im sorry it was in such bad shape!
