I called Johnny On The Spot from the recommendation of my neighbor, and I'm happy I did. I couldn't have had a better experience with Jeff, who was professional, personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I only needed repair of a shower that wouldn't shut off and Jeff's detailed explanation of the job impressed me. I added the flushing of my tankless heater as well. I also asked about other work for the future and Jeff did a very good job of detailing what would be needed should I want the recirculating pump or any other work. I appreciated a technician like Jeff, who took the time to explain everything, he's not just your average plumber. He's an asset to your team.

The service was fairly good. We had a bit of a hiccup with scheduling but when Hugo & Manny finally came out to do the job, they were very efficient. It turned out a bit harder than expected but they fixed everything appropriately.
