I had an initial visit for a specific issue and Ranier was the technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the air con unit and he explained everything that was needed to repair. I was also happy to hear of the ongoing maintenance membership which includes 3 visits. Most companies only provide 1 visit per year. Im glad Ranier is my regular service tech. Its always nice having the same tech providing service to the house.

Super Service was great! We feel very lucky that we found them and decided to call them when our AC went out. Our technician, Ranier, and installer, Harland, both did a really great job. The new unit they got us is clearly so much better quality than the old one we replaced. They helped us find the best way to pay for it they didnt break our bank as well. Thank you guys!

The company responded quickly to me when the AC went out at 105° outside. The technician Rainier was very punctual and diagnosed the problem right away and was able to install a new motor. I would use them again.
