- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the work, it can range from $25-$40/hour. If I can't fix it there won't be a charge to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask them a few questions and try and evaluate the issue. I advise them before hand that if I can't fix their system there will not be a charge. I accept all forms of payment (cash, check, credit card, Pay Pal).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on Windows based systems for over 20 years. Including Windows servers, networks, desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. Full installations of systems, routers, networks and printers
