I've been in business since 2003 and just now started my own LLC. I previously worked for tech companies both in retail and in the service area. I have been helping locals save money and get the right diagnosis for their issues. I am here to make connections with people that want honest diagnosis and save money. I'm here for the long haul. Jonaz is amazing! I use my computer for my business and I have been very frustrated with my computer not working and not being able to complete any work. I’ve been to several companies that told me I’d have to pay for a diagnostic and they would let me know what was wrong in 4 weeks. Jonaz contacted me immediately and helped me fix my problem remotely! He was very patient, he explained and made sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my computer and how to fix the problem. He has been extremely helpful and I really appreciate doing business with him! I will definitely contact him if I ever have any more computer problems.
