- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our quotes are based on the request. We are very flexible with our quotes and depending on the issues, we can adjust accordingly and will compromise to help the customer get to where they need to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly keep up with as much cutting-edge technology as possible; including healthcare systems, networking, wireless technologies, software and day-to-day programs most end-users are accustomed to. Currently WordPress site creation, editing, etc. is our new focal point for training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our request include laptops/desktops. We also have completed multiple home theater setups including BOSE sound systems, attaching DVD Players, TV/HDTV, DVR/Satellite, CD Players and etc. Request for network systems including WIFI/Wired for home and small businesses have also been completed. Assistance with phone issues/troubleshooting, recommendations,consulting, coaching/training sessions and much more!
