- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first listen to the customer and then provide what they want. It can be very specific, like providing me with a specific song list or very general like "just try to get everyone on the dance floor and have a good time" (I like the general instructions better because is allows me to read the crows and play music that they respond to). But customers vary widely, some are very detailed and others are not. I can work with either type and I always remain flexible. Since this is a very special day for the Bride, I generally take my cues from her and work hard to help make it the best day of her life.
