We live in Miami and held my dad’s 80th birthday celebration in Las Vegas, so planning everything from out of town could have been stressful. But Simply Luxe made the entire experience completely effortless! I didn’t have to do anything but show up and enjoy the celebration. We chose a cowboy theme, and Simply Luxe absolutely did their thing! They brought the vision to life beautifully, and everything looked phenomenal. The attention to detail was amazing, and the decorations made my dad’s 80th birthday even more special and memorable.
There is honestly nothing I would change. They exceeded my expectations from start to finish. If you’re looking for a company that is professional, creative, reliable, and will take care of everything, I highly recommend Simply Luxe!
Felicia did an amazing job providing a ballon tower that had a little flare to it! I really appreciated her flexibility and ideas on creating something unique for us. I would definitely recommend her and work with her again.

Recently used Simply Luxe for a surprise party and all decorations were outstanding. I had an arch around the fireplace and the variety of balloon sizes and colors was exactly what I wanted, including festive figurines. The bundles of balloons, on my staircase, along with the table centerpieces tied everything together. I very much appreciated their timeliness and professionalism.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are professionals, we are talented and only we provide the "Luxe touch". Each event design is unique, we never do the same thing twice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a consultation to understand your vision and give you an idea of what we can do, this can be over text or phone call, then we provide a mockup of our ideas, then we submit contract and/or invoice and take the 50% deposit to book your date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have God given talent for this, it's not something that we went to school for. We have a dental hygienist, a technical PM and a Correctional manager. We love to decorate, plan, and party!!
