I am a CrossFit level 1 trainer and coach who provides personal training for one individual up to a group of 25.

My background services include personal training, sports conditioning, functional fitness, rehabilitation, bodybuilding and fitness/physique, cross-training, fat loss, and general fitness and well-being.

I am very innovative and motivational, so you will have a workout that will be challenging yet fun and exciting.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I provide personal training services either online or at the City Athletic Club where you do not have to be a member to train with a GarzaFIT trainer. For online clients I correspond via phone, email, and/or Skype to assess your fitness level and design your workout program. I use my YouTube channel to post video instructions of your workouts. I also provide nutritional consultations, suggested eating plans and advice through my partner who is a certified sports nutritionist.

A. With over 25 years in the fitness industry I only bring you the best and most effective training methods. I have even trained and certified personal trainers. I educate, motivate, and bring you workouts that are varied, yet directed towards your specific needs and goals

A. How do you make your GarzaFIT personal training affordable?
I structure my programs so it can be affordable to most everyone. We discuss what you are budgeted to spend on personal training. Then, I recommend how we can fit in anywhere from 1-5 sessions per week. Perhaps we can set up 3 half-hour sessions instead of just 1 one-hour session per week. I am qualified and experienced enough to create a half-hour program that can offer you the same results as a one-hour session. Not many trainers know how to do this - and this is what separates me from the rest. I make quality use of your time available and what will work within your own budget.
