What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that exercise and nutrition come hand-in-hand so we provide both a free nutritional consultation, fitness consultation and physical assessment. Afterwards we set up appointment days/times dependent upon your availability and affordability of sessions per week.

Over the years I have acquired 7 national and international certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and group fitness.
