- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you estimate about $1 per sq foot of the total staged area that's usually a good place to start for staging. With Design you would estimate 10-20% designer mark-up on procurement , but only after the items are discounted for industry professionals so you usually end up saving money using a designer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Design: I. FreeConsultation, attraction questionnaire & walk through II.) $150 design proposal w/color palette (applied to further service if selected) III.) Formal design proposal with pricing estimate, defining scope of project & design involvement. Deposit. IV.) procurement. 2nd installment V.) series of 3-4 walkthroughs with change orders. VI. Project completion. VII. Option photography & prep For Staging: $150 Working Consultation, attraction questionnaire & walk through (applied to further services) II.) design proposal w/color palette III.)
