We are proud to offer home staging packages customized to the seller’s target market and the home’s design style. While many staging companies simply set up some rented furniture in a home, Staged To Sell takes a “Model Home” approach. We create an unique design plan for each property, selecting color schemes and streamlined, cohesive decor that appeals to your individualized target market base. Staging plans are focused on design selections that will photograph beautifully and make your property memorable and stand out from other homes on the market.
We are fully staffed and own all of our own inventory, delivery trucks, etc to handle all of our clients quickly and efficiently. In most cases, we can have you staged and on the market within days.
There are numerous professionals involved with each property staging. This results in gorgeous, buyer-targeted designs with tens of thousands of dollars of inventory displayed in each property.

I have been involved in real estate sales for almost
30 years, both in Nevada and California. I cannot stress that today, the modern day buyer absolutely needs the actual fact of seeing a home staged with furniture! Having a home fully furnished not only helps the buyer feel like they are in a new modern model home, but they can physically see it in person and see themselves on exactly how to live in the home!
Shopping online and seeing in person are both events that needs to secure a successful home purchase!

My real estate agent Diane Dobson introduced me to Leah to help with a property that I had listed. The house I had for sale was a large house that was just redone on the inside with new paint, flooring, new kitchen, etc.
