I have used Angelic and Utopia on a number of stages on my listings. As a Realtor, I understand importance of staging my listings so that we can command top dollar. I choose Angelic and her team for a few reasons:1. While her job is to stage the clients home, her focus always includes treating the client with dignity and respect. Utopia homestaging team really takes pride in their work and the end result shows just that! Our realtor was blown away by the dramatic feel and the change that took place. Utopia HomeStaging took an empty house and made it into a cozy home. Now it looks like a professionally decorated home. They had a few suggestions to make some changes to light fixtures and we took their advice. They were able to accommodate that without any grief to us. We highly recommend them. If your undecided because of the cost, just do it. I think the value is 1000 percent there.

Hi Idk how to start this comment because Scott is the best professional interior design i ever meet in my life. He cared about my home like it his house. he was allways on time and he allways respond right away any question or doubt about my homestaging i asked. i did my research in about 6 differents homestaging companies and I hired Utopia HomeStaging for a redesign project in my new home. Ive had the pleasure of working with Angelic and experiencing Utopias expertise first hand. The hotel suite at our recent photo shoot got an instant transformation. The room literally went from Vegas chic to bespoke luxury in 5 mins. I can only imagine what she can do if she had ample square footage. We offer complimentary consultations for all projects. Our staging packages range from $2,500 for smaller homes to $50,000+ for luxury estates. Every proposal is customized based on your property's unique needs. Minimum staging period is 30 days. We also offer flexible month-to-month extensions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a complimentary consultation where we tour your property and discuss your goals. Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive a detailed proposal with photos of recommended furniture and accessories. Once approved, we handle everything—delivery, installation, and styling. Most homes are fully staged within 3-5 business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 30 years of combined real estate experience. Our lead designer holds an interior design degree from NYIA. We've been featured on HGTV shows including Flip the Strip, Sin City Rehab, The House My Talent Bought, and Ugliest House in America, and named Two-Time Best of Home Staging Las Vegas Winner.
