I have used Angelic and Utopia on a number of stages on my listings. As a Realtor, I understand importance of staging my listings so that we can command top dollar. Let me tell you, the owner of this company can do anything she puts her mind to and if you let her help you sell or rent your house for the best price possible, call her now! Do yourself a favor and do not go through the pain of trying to get your own house presentable for sale. You can't do it, you have too much emotional investment. You need to see it through the eyes of a buyer and you need Utopia to do that for you.You're welcome in advance!
