First initial cleaning - Deluxe package :
Dusting of ceiling fans, light fixtures, cob webbing high areas where dust can lay.
Washing Windows (inside only) *note as high as a two step ladder.
Window sills, inside and outside of cabinet (move in or move out).
Appliances, Fridge (inside and outside), Stove,(Vent-a-hood,) Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer(empty lint trap). Small appliances : Coffee Pot, Conventional Oven, and Toaster.
Countertops, Back splashes, Sinks, Trash Cans.
Toilets, Showers, Mirrors, Baseboards, Light Switches, Sockets, Doors and Doorframes (Spot wash)
Sanitizing of all surfaces, dusting of items, (electronicals) Dry Dust and removal of trash in each room. Tidy up as we cleaning each area of home.
Vacuuming of every room, Mopping of Floors, Steaming of Floors
Patios: option to have us sweep off entryway or back patio (outside) wipe down outdoor furniture.
Sliding Glass doors : washing windows (high as a two step ladder)
Shutters : Spot wash
