Luciana, Sandra, and Rosa were absolutely wonderful! They arrived right on time and took great care of my home and belongings. They asked thoughtful questions, listened to my requests, and made sure everything was done with care. One of them even kept cleaning as the rest of the team was heading out the door…such dedication!
Luciana stayed with me during the walkthrough, and even her husband jumped in to help. That level of teamwork really stood out. Anthony followed up with a call to make sure I was satisfied, which I truly appreciated. I called at the last minute, and they still found a way to assist me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After booking a cleaning. We will assign a cleaner and notify you via email/text/phone call.
We will need to know:
Ways to access property? (Doorcode, lockbox, key under mat)
Where to park for free?
Does property have cleaning supplies and vacuum? (We can provide as well)
Pro Tip: We have an automated reminder message that gets sent out to our cleaners and our clients that their cleaning session is coming up.
