At first glance, everything may appear clean, but upon closer inspection, there were several areas that were overlooked. For example:
* Floors: The floors were mopped but not vacuumed, leaving visible hair on the ground. I had to vacuum the floors myself after the cleaning was completed.
* Master bathroom: Water was left on the sinks, which I had to clean up myself. Although the mirrors were cleaned, there were spots visibly left behind, and the bathroom was not returned to the condition it was in before the cleaning.
* Trash cans: The living room trash can was not cleaned, and dust remained on the bathroom trash can.
* Kitchen: I specifically requested that the kitchen be cleaned, so I expected the dishes to be washed, but they were left undone. I also asked for the exterior of the stove and refrigerator to be wiped down and clarified that cleaning the inside of either appliance was not necessary. However, neither appliance was wiped down. The cabinets were not wiped down, and I had to vacuum behind the couch in the living room myself.
* Walls and cabinets: There were stains left on the walls and cabinets. The stains on the walls appeared to have been caused by the cleaning products used.
Overall, the cleaning did not meet my expectations, and I ended up spending an additional 30 minutes cleaning after the service was completed. I hired a cleaning service to take this task off my hands, not to have to go back and clean areas that should have been addressed during the appointment.
I understand that no cleaning service is perfect, but I expected more attention to detail and for the agreed-upon tasks to be completed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
