We used Villas Maid Service to clean our entire house. I recently have had to have a few major surgeries, and unfortunately, our home kind of got away from us. We were able to do basic tidying up, but between me being in and out of the hospital and my husband having to take care of me and work, we weren’t able to properly clean our house the way we like to. Villas came in and were able to not only get our house back to being properly clean. They did it quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated their service and we will definitely be using them again.

Villas Maid responded to me very quickly when I was looking for a quote to clean my townhouse. We do most of the day to day cleaning ourselves but had been neglecting some areas and were about to have overnight guests so we wanted the house to look really good. A crew of Manny and two ladies showed up a few minutes before the agreed upon time to start the job. They took their time and cleaned everything thoroughly. I really liked that they have a list on their Thumbtack page of everything that is included in a regular cleaning so you know what to expect. The house really looks great. They weren’t the cheapest quote I got (not the most expensive either...) but the last time we went with someone who quoted us cheaper it was a crappy job. It is totally worth the money to use this company. Also love that they accept electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo etc) We will definitely be using these guys in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimate is predicted on the square footage and number of rooms/bathrooms. When comparing two homes that are the same size, one home will always have more work than the other. The initial cleaning usually requires more work which is why the price is a bit more. After the initial cleaning, we can set up a scheduled weekly, biweekly, triweekly, or monthly DISCOUNT for any returning customers.
Believe me, after the initial cleaning, you will LOVE for us to return.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key to satisfaction. I like to send a reminder via call or text before arriving to the customer. Upon arrival, it is good to walk the home with the customer explaining what we will be cleaning and the customer can also ask questions about specific areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in hospitality where I got a lot of training. I gained experience from cleaning the most efficient way to supervising the work we do and most importantly customer service.
