She was professional, friendly, and had such a positive energy that I felt completely comfortable letting her work while I stayed in another room. She stayed for the full two hours I booked, and having a partner with her meant they were able to get even more done without sacrificing quality. If you're on the fence because she's new to Thumbtack, don't be—Wendy absolutely earned this 5-star review. I'll definitely be hiring her again, and maybe next time just to help organize my house!

She didn’t just clean my home—she genuinely cared about the quality of the finished result. Every room was cleaned with incredible attention to detail, nothing felt rushed, and she left my apartment looking and feeling better than I expected. You can tell she treats every home with respect and works as if she’s cleaning her own.
Finding someone who is dependable, communicates well, and consistently delivers this level of quality is rare. I can confidently say this was one of the best cleaning experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll absolutely be booking her again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my own family and friends.
