- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am attending CSN taking prep courses for my Network+ and VMWare certification.I have my A+ Certification and I am working towards my Network+ as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been around computers all my life. Sitting in front of computer as always made sense.That calm of just focusing on the problem and successfully completing the solution. I cant fix anything at all and get confused when someone hands me a hammer however, you put a computer in front of me and i can make sense of the issue in no, can tear it down and built it back better than ever, Very Odd!! I finally decide that I just wasnt happy doing customer service and sales after 20 years and I wanted to be able to look forward to what I do and chose the path of being a professional geek and embrace who I am!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removal and optimization is the main task I do. I have built computers and done home networking as well.
