- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's strictly hands on with new equipment, and we have to learn in place, and in the field. It can be difficult to support new audio visual displays.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was part of my old corporate support job for retailers. We often changed an installation without a good idea of how it was, or the physical challenges of local walls, local networks, and how it changed over time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Extending new T-1 service to the DMARC board, installing equipment to that DMARC board, and replacing earlier service providers.
