- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices fair for the local economy, competitive with the local market and offer many discounts such as package deals (not listed on my menu), frequent customers and referral credits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them to figure out what they want, if they are not sure I will discuss any of their concerns or goals and offer services or package deals that may be beneficial to them. I also have new clients fill out a new client form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years. Every year I am required to attend continuing education courses to further my experience and skill set. I have previously opened several European spas on the coast of Oregon, I also have extensive experience as a spa director. I have teaching experience in HydroTherapy, various spa body treatments and energy healing.
